4. What Happens After You File a Notice
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, ARV 360 Tech will:
- Review the notice to confirm it includes all required elements under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).
- Contact you if the notice is incomplete and request the missing information.
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly after receiving a complete and valid notice.

5. Counter-Notification

A valid counter-notification must include:
